Tata Memorial Centre, popularly known as Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra, has invited applications from eligible candidates for DM / M Ch Common Entrance Test 2012. DM / M Ch Common Entrance Test is an all India level entrance test, conducted by Tata Memorial Centre for admission into the below mentioned programmes.
Note:
- CET is a three hour test and will have 120 Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)
- DM / M Ch / DNB Super-specialty anywhere in India are not eligible to apply.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online only by registering themselves onto the official website of Tata Memorial Centre: http://tmc.gov.in/. In addition, one can also follow the direct link for registration: http://119.226.214.30/TMC/Onlineform/. After the registration, one will be able to fill up the application form. An application fee (no-refundable) of Rs 5000 should be paid by the candidates in the form of Demand Draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Tata Memorial Centre, Parel, Mumbai.
Hard copy of duly filled in application form along with the DD (as per above) and all requisite enclosures (list is given on the form) should be sent to: The Director- Academics, TMC, Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra on or before the below mentioned last date of submission of application form. The envelope containing the application form must be superscripted with “APPLICATION FOR DM / M Ch COURSE 2012”.
