The West Bengal Board of Secondary Examination (WBBSE) or West Bengal (WB) Board, Kolkata, has announced the 10th class or Madhyamik examination 2012 results today i.e. on May 29, 2012 at 11.00 am IST. Results are made available on the Board’s official website: http://wbbse.org/.
All students who have appeared for the WBBSE 10th Class or Madhyamik 2012 examination can check their results by logging onto the aforementioned website. However, results are also made available on the state’s official result portal: http://wbresults.nic.in/. To view the results, one must enter his / her Roll Number and Date of Birth in the box(s) provided, by visiting the below mentioned direct link:

West Bengal Board of Secondary Education was founded in the year 1951 under the State Legislature Act, which is known as the West Bengal Secondary Education Act of 1950. The inauguration of the Board took place on 3rd May, 1951 by Dr K N Katju, the then Governor of West Bengal. The first Chairman of the Board was Sri Apurba Kumar Chanda. The Board was renamed in 1964 according to the 1963 Act of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
