Xavier School of Management, Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into two year HRM (Human Resource Management) / BM (Business Management) programmes, to be offered in the session 2013. Admission to the full time HRM / BM programmes is based only on XAT scores (NRI candidates, however, may choose GMAT). GMP candidates may apply through XAT or GMAT. After registering for XAT, candidates may apply for one or more programmes in XLRI.
Note: XAT 2013 scores are used by more than 100 business schools in India for admitting students in different post graduate courses. If candidates wish to apply to other institutes, they have to first apply for XAT 2013 and then apply separately to the institutes of their choice.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are first required to register for XAT by visiting the website: http://www.xatonline.net.in by paying online / by cash or DD amounting Rs 950 (for General candidates) and Rs 650 (for SC / ST candidates). However, candidates, who want to take admission in the aforementioned XLRI programmes, have to register for admission by visiting http://www.xlri.edu by paying online / by cash or DD, an amount of Rs 1050 (for General candidates) and Rs 750 (for SC / ST candidates). Online registrations will begin from September 3, 2012.
