How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling in the online application form, made available on Institute’s official website: http://www.cmch-vellore.edu/. The direct link for the same is: http://admissions.cmcvellore.ac.in/program.php?programid=4. The application / basic administrative fee will be Rs 2500, whereas for candidates applying from SAARC countries, it will be Rs 4000 (or its equivalent) and for candidates from other foreign countries, the fee will be US dollars 150 (or its equivalent). For fee payment details, candidates are advised to refer the guidelines mentioned on the official website.
After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take a printout of the same. The duly acknowledged printout of the application form along with the proof of fee payment and other requisite documents should be sent to the Office of the Registrar, CMC, Vellore- 632002, latest by the last date(s) mentioned below.
