How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the Bulletin of Information along with prescribed application form from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, after submitting a bank draft of Rs 1500 (Rs 1000 for SC / ST candidates) from January 15, 2013 onwards. The draft should be drawn in favour of Registrar, University of Delhi, Delhi). One can get the application form through post by sending the requisition along with bank draft of Rs 1550 (Rs 1050 for SC / ST candidates).
However, applications can also be downloaded from the University’s websites: http://www.du.ac.in/ or http://www.fmsc.ac.in/ and submitted with prescribed fee in the form of Bank Draft of the amount mentioned. The duly filled in and completed application form along with bank draft and other requisite enclosure documents, should be submitted latest by February 12, 2013.
