International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore (IIITB), Karnataka, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into integrated / general Master of Technology (M Tech) / Master of Science (MS) / Doctorate of Physics (PhD) programme, to be offered in the below mentioned streams in the ensuing session 2013. Admission in Integrated M Tech programme will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in JEE-2013, while admission in M Tech (General) programme will be made on the basis of GATE score. Moreover, candidates for MS and PhD programmes will be selected on the basis of their academic record and personal interview.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling and submitting the application form on the official website of the institute: http://www.iiitb.ac.in/. In addition, they have to remit an application fee of Rs 1000, while filling up the online application form. The application fee can be paid either through SBI Bank Challan (downloadable from the website) or Demand Draft on or before the last date of payment by following the below mentioned details:
- Through Demand Draft: In this case, candidates have to obtain a DD of requisite amount (as mentioned above) from any nationalized bank in favor of International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, payable at Bangalore. Thereafter, they can pay the application fee online by entering the DD details in the payment gateway. After successful payment of the application fee, one should send the original copy of DD to: Admissions International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore 26/C, Electronics City, Hosur Road, Bangalore, Karnataka, Bangalore - 560 100.
- Through SBI Bank Challan: One has to download the triplet (which consists of Student's copy / Bank copy and Institute's copy) of Bank Challan from the institute's website and remit the application fee at any State Bank of India branch, throughout India. On successful payment of the application fee, the bank will return Institute's and Student’s copy of Bank Challan. The required details of the Bank Challan should then be entered in the payment gateway, while the Institute's copy of Challan should be sent to IIITB.
The duly filled-in hard copy of the online submitted application form (for MS / PhD programmes only), complete in all respect, should be sent along with the original copy of DD / duly signed Institute's copy of Bank Challan (whichever is applicable) to the following addresses, on or before the last date of application form submission:
