The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (MSU Baroda), Vadodara, Gujarat, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme in various subjects, to be offered in the upcoming session 2013. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the PhD Entrance Test 2013, also known as PET, to be conducted by the University.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling the online application form made available on University's official website: http://www.msubaroda.ac.in/ or the website: http://www.gujaratset.ac.in/msupet/index.html. After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take printout of the same. The entrance examination fee is Rs 1500 (for General / OBC candidates) and Rs 1000 (for SC / ST / PH / VH candidates) is to be paid in the form of DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of Coordinator, PET Examination, Vadodara , payable at Vadodara. The duly acknowledged printout of the online application form along with DD and other requisite enclosure documents (details given on the website) should be sent at the PET office, Vadodara, latest by January 25, 2013. For more detailed information regarding admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the University’s aforementioned official website.
