Candidates' will be selected on the basis of their performance in the admission test or personal interview (whichever is applicable), conducted by the institute on the following date.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling and submitting the application form on the official website of the institute: http://www.nsi.gov.in/. In addition, those who are unable to fill the online application form can obtain offline application form from the institute. An application fee of Rs 1000 (Rs 800 for SC / ST candidates) is to be paid by the candidates for online application. However, those who seek offline application form are required to pay additional Rs 200 (means Rs 1200 for General and Rs 1000 for SC / ST candidates, respectively). The application fee should only be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of Director, National Sugar Institute, Kanpur”, payable at SBI, Kalyanpur, Kanpur (IFSC Code: SBIN0001962).
Candidates are advised to fill and submit the online application form on or before the last date of online submission i.e. April 17, 2013 (up to 5:00 pm). After submitting the online application form, one has to take a print out of the same, and send it (duly signed) along with the DD to Director, National Sugar Institute, Kalyanpur, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh-208 017, latest by April 30, 2013 (up to 5:00 pm). Those applying through offline application form should send their application form along with the DD of requisite amount (as mentioned above) on the abovementioned address.
