National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is expected to announce the Sr. Secondary (Class 12) Examination results on June 4, 2013. After the declaration, the results will be made available in the institute’s official website: http://www.nios.ac.in/
All those students who have appeared the NIOS Sr. Secondary (Class 12) Examination 2013 will be able to check the results by logging into the above-mentioned official website.
As per sources, the NIOS written exam began from April 4, 2013 with Urdu (306) examinations and the NIOS Class XII annual examinations end with economics (214) test on April 24, 2013. Sources also added that NIOS Class 12 Examination results are expected to be announced on the first week of June. Because, the National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS) will complete the Paper Correction for Valuation of Marks in the Last week of May 2013.
The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) earlier known as National Open School (NOS) came into existence on November, 1989 as an autonomous organization in pursuance of National Policy on Education 1986 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India.
Presently, NIOS is provides a number of Vocational, Life Enrichment and community oriented courses besides General and Academic Courses at Secondary and Senior Secondary level. Besides, it also offers Elementary level Courses through its Open Basic Education Programmes (OBE).
