After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take a printout of the same. Printed copy of the duly filled in online application form, along with all requisite documents, should be submitted at School of Distance Learning, SVKM’s NMIMS University, V.L. Mehta Road, Vile Parle (W), Mumbai - 400 056. The last date of submitting online form is January 31, 2013. The envelope containing the application form should be super-scribed as Application for SDL January 2013 Admission.
