Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education & Research (SDUAHER), Kolar, Karnataka, has invited applications from eligible candidates for All India Under Graduate Medical Entrance Test 2013, also known as AIUGMET. AIUGMET is an all India level entrance test being conducted by SDUAHER for admission into Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling and submitting the application form on the official website of SDUAHER: http://www.sduu.ac.in/. The direct link for the same is: http://68.233.255.204/ugapplicationform_fill.asp/. In addition, an application fee of Rs 1500 is to be paid by the candidates in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of The Registrar, SDUAHER, payable at Kolar. After filling up the application form, one has to click on the Submit button for sending the details to the server. Once the application form is submitted, the server will assign an Application Number and the link to View/Print the application form.
Thereafter, candidates have to take a print out of the duly filled-in online submitted application form, paste their passport size color photograph in the space provided and submit (in person) / send (by post) it along with the DD (as per above) and all requisite documents (as mentioned in the application form) to The Registrar, U G Admission Cell, Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education & Research, Tamaka, Kolar, Karnataka - 563101, on or before April 20, 2013 (up to 5:00 pm). The envelope containing the application form should be super scribed as SDUAHER-AIUGMET-2013 Application Form. Note:
- Candidates should write their application number on the reverse side of the DD and photograph.
- Multiple application forms filled and received from the same candidates will not be accepted.
- E-mail id (active) is mandatory for online application.
