University of Allahabad has invited applications from eligible candidates for Undergraduate Admission Test 2013, also known as UGAT. UGAT is being conducted for admission into the below mentioned undergraduate programmes offered at various faculties and constituent colleges of the University.

UGAT 2013 schedule is as follows:
- For BA: May 22, 2013 (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am)
- For B Sc: May 23, 2013 (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am)
- For B Com: May 23, 2013 (from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm)
- For BFA, BPE, B Mus, BS (GDS): May 24, 2013 (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am)

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply either online by registering themselves onto the official admission website of the University: http://www/auadmission.co.in/ or offline through OMR application form. Candidates can procure the OMR application form from Pravesh Bhawan, Chaitham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) - 211002, on all or working days (from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm), by paying an application fee of Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC / ST candidates).
In case of online application, candidates will have to pay the application fee either in the form of Demand Raft (DD) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor Finance Officer, University of Allahabad, payable at Allahabad or through Triplet (Bank's Copy, Candidate's Copy and University's Copy) of E-Challan downloadable from the University's website. Once the payment process is completed, candidates are required to send the original copy of DD / the University's Copy of Challan to Director Admissions, Pravesh Bhawan, Chaitham Lines, University of Allahabad, Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) - 211002.
The duly filled-in application form complete in all respects as per the guidelines mentioned in the prospectus should be submitted (in person / through representative) or sent (by registered / speed post) to Pravesh Bhavan (Chatham Line), University of Allahabad (Uttar Pradesh) - 211002, on or before April 14, 2013 (upto 4:00 pm). Candidates applying online are not required to send hard copy of the downloaded form. However, they will have to bring the same along with the Admit Card on the day of entrance test. For more information regarding the admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, candidates can visit the aforementioned official website of the University.
Note:
- Candidates will be able to download the Admit Card from the University's official website by May 15, 2013.
- The University will neither send Admit Card by post nor distribute them from the counters.
