Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the University's official website: http://www.utkaluniversity.ac.in/. Cost of application form is Rs 200 which is to be paid in the form of bank draft drawn in favour of Comptroller of Finance, Utkal University, Vani Vihar, payable at Utkal University campus Branch. The bank draft is to be deposited along with the application form. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with bank draft and other requisite enclosure documents, should be sent to the heads of respective PG teaching departments, latest by January 25, 2013.
