NLU Delhi Introduces PG Diploma in IPR & Patent Law

New Delhi: National Law University (NLU), Delhi, announced that it is going to introduce a new postgraduate degree level course, namely Postgraduate Diploma in IPR and Patent Law. The curriculum of the programme is specially designed to cater to the increasing demand for trained (legal and technical) intellectual property right professionals within the industry, R&D organizations, government agencies and non-government organizations.
 
As per sources, HughesNet Global Education, which is a premier satellite-based education and training service initiative by Hughes, for corporates and working professionals, would be offering the programme through its classrooms, both nationally and internationally. The programme would cover issues related to management of IP, such as commercialization, valuation, licensing and portfolio audit. Apart from legal frameworks, the training would also cover the technical aspects of writing patents and other forms of IP documents, within US, European and Indian processes.
