Interested candidates can download the application form available in the website: www.iitbbs.ac.in. Thereafter, the duly filled application form must be sent to Assistant Registrar (A&E), IIT Bhubaneswar, Samantapuri, Bhubaneswar, Orissa – 751013 along with a Demand Draft of Rs 200 for General Class Candidates and Rs 100 for SC/ST candidates drawn in favor of IIT Bhubaneswar on any nationalized bank payable at Bhubaneswar. Application form can also be obtained from the Academic Section, IIT Bhubaneswar against a DD (amount mentioned above) on every working day. Applicants are instructed to superscribe ‘Application for Admission to PhD programme’ on the envelope.
