Jamia Offers Free Coaching To NET / JRF- UGC / CSIR Aspirants

New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, Centre for Coaching and Career Planning, has invited applications for free coaching. The free coaching will be offered to students belonging to the minority sections, the Other Backward Classes (OBCs), Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs), who intend to appear in the forthcoming National Eligibility Test (NET), Junior Research Fellowship- University Grants Commission (JRF-UGC) and Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) entrance examinations.
 
The entrance examinations are scheduled to be held in the month of June 2010. Interested candidates can obtain the application form for free coaching, from the office of the centre for coaching and career planning, JMI, located in the Old SRK hostel building or can be download it from Jamia’s website: www.jmi.nic.in and submit the duly filled form at the office of the Centre, with a fee of Rs 50 in cash/Bank Draft/PO.
 
Last date to apply is April 14, 2010. An entrance test is scheduled to be conducted on April 17, 2010, to select the candidates for the coaching.
