MHT- CET 2010 Results Declared Today

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai, Government of Maharashtra, released the result of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test or MHT-CET 2010, today i.e. June 14, 2010, at 10 am. The test was conducted on Thursday i.e. May 6, 2010. Candidates can check out their results from the official website: www.dmer.org. The mark sheets for the aforementioned examination will be available to the candidates at the Junior Colleges in the state.
 
MHT-CET 2010 was conducted to admit students to Health Science, Engineering and Pharmacy courses. The test was held at the district head quarters in Maharashtra, at 740 centres. According to the press note released by the Government of Maharashtra, a total of 282096 candidates appeared for this examination, out of which 176632 candidates appeared for Health Science courses. As much as 56.29% of the candidates were boys, while the female candidates made up rest of the 43.71% of students, who appeared for MHT-CET.
 
Candidates who wish to get admission to health science courses shall have to fill the ‘preference form’ at four centers including Grant Medical College, Mumbai, B.J. Medical College, Pune, Govt. Medical College, Nagpur and Govt. Medical College, Aurangabad. The notification for the same shall be published in newspapers as well as the aforementioned official website, soon.
