National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore, has issued a notification for the admission to its diploma, postgraduate degree/diploma and doctorate level programmes, in several streams, for the upcoming session 2011-12. The candidates are finally selected to these programmes on the basis of their performances in the entrance test, which is followed by counseling.
National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) Bangalore is a deemed university. It got the status of ‘Deemed to be University’ in 1994. The institute conducts postgraduate degree, diploma and doctorate level programmes in the several fields of study.

They have to fill the application form online and submitted online. Furthermore, candidates are required to take print out of the application abstract and paste latest passport size photograph along with DD drawn in favor of The Director, NIMHANS, Bangalore - 560 029.
