Interested candidates may obtain the prospectus for PGET-2011 [for admission to M.Ch. (Neurosurgery) and M.Ch. (Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery)] from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot and DMC, Ludhiana. The cost of Prospectus is Rs 1200 (at counter), however, the prospectus can be obtained through post from BFUHS by sending requisition along with DD of Rs 1250 drawn in favour of Registrar, BFYHS payable at Faridkot. The duly filled in application form (OMR application form) latest by August 25, 2011 (up to 5.00 pm).
