ETS Introduces Customer Support Centre for TOEFL Aspirants

Kolkata: Educational Testing Service (ETS) announce to launch a new toll-free customer support centre to serve TOEFL aspirants in India. This TOEFL customer support centre provides guidance and prompt information for students concerning the TOEFL test. The new centre’s toll free number is 000-800-100-3780, which is easily accessible by phone directly from India. However, students may also send their queries by email to - toeflsupport4india@ets.org.
 
As per sources, this centre not only provide guidance, but also assist students with identifying test preparation materials, locating test centres, obtaining their score reports, ordering additional score reports and other pre or post administration inquiries. Teresa Sanchez-lazer, the executive director of the TOEFL programme said that the organization is pleased to announce the TOEFL India customer support centre to support the growing number of TOEFL test takers.
 
Moreover, she also said that the customer support centre is a resource uniquely designed to assist and support Indian students during the TOEFL testing process. India continues to be in the top five countries with the highest number of TOEFL test takers, she added. She also added that the organization is committed to developing new resources, such as the customer support centre, to make the process easier and more efficient for students in India.
 
The TOEFL test is most-widely accepted English language assessment in the world. This test is recognized by more than 7,500 colleges and universities in more than 130 countries. Globally, the TOEFL test is accessible at around 4,500 testing sites in more than 165 countries. More than 25 million students across the world have taken the TOEFL test.
