Kochi: Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIM-K) organizes an international HR and leadership symposium 2011 namely 'HR and Leadership Challenges for Business in India'. It is a two-day international event which is scheduled to be held on January 29 and 30, 2011.
As per sources, eminent personalities such as Minister of State for Human Resources Development D Purandeswari, RBI Deputy Governor K C Chakrabarty and many corporate heads and institutions will attend the symposium.
The main objective of the symposium, 'HR and Leadership Challenges for Business in India', is to offer a forum for the industry experts and renowned academicians to share their ideas and experiences regarding the HR and leadership challenges in the Indian context.
