University of Kashmir, also known as Kashmir University, Hazratbal, Jammu & Kashmir, has invited online applications from eligible candidates (belonging to J&K) for admission into the following disciplines of BE (Bachelor of Engineering) programme through Lateral Entry, offered in the session 2011. The course is being offered in its affliated SSM College of Engineering and Technology, Parihaspora Pattan.

How to apply
Interested candidates need to apply through online application which will be made available on University’s official website:http://www.kashmiruniversity.net/ on September 15, 2011 from 1.00 pm onwards. Candidates must fill the online application form carefully following the guidelines given. After submitting the online application, one must take the printout of the same and auto-generated pay-in slip bearing the same serial no. as on the application form. The application fee is Rs 1000 which should be submitted at any branch of the J&K Bank Ltd having “Finacle Banking” facility, using the auto-generated pay in slip. The requisite documents needed to be sent along with the printout of the online application form are the attested photocopies of Diploma certificate/ Degree certificate, State Subject, Marks certificates of qualifying examinations. The duly signed printout of the online application form along with the requisite enclosure documents should be submitted to the office of the Dean Academic Affairs latest by September 24, 2011. For further details regarding application, eligibility and admission procedures candidates are requested to visit the University’s abovementioned official website.
