Calcutta University Issues List of Candidates for PhD in Commerce 2012

Kolkata: University of Calcutta, popularly known as Calcutta University, Department of Commerce, West Bengal, has published the list of candidates to appear for written test (for non-SET / NET / M Phil / M Tech applicants) and personal interview (for all applicants), for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) in Commerce, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. The selection list is made available on the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/
 
All those candidates, who had applied for admission into PhD in Commerce, can check their respective names for appearing in the written test and personal interview, by visiting the aforementioned website. As per the notification issued by the University, the written admission test (for non-SET / NET / M Phil / M Tech applicants) is scheduled to be held on April 13, 2012 (Friday) from 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm. However, the Personal Interview (for all applicants) will be held on April 20, 2012 (Friday) from 12.00 noon onwards. The venue of both the written admission test and personal interview will be the Department of Commerce, University of Calcutta (College Street Campus) Asutosh Building, 87/1, College Street, Kolkata - 700 073.
 
In addition, candidates are advised to report at 11.45 am in the Teachers’ Room, Asutosh Building, 2nd Floor, 87/1, College Street, Kolkata - 700 073, on the respective days of the written admission test (i.e., April 13, 2012) and personal interview (i.e., April 20, 2012). All candidates must carry the cash receipt (both the original and photocopy) provided from the University cash counter at the time of payment of the application fee of Rs 100, on the day of the written admission test as well as on the date of the personal interview.
