Kurukshetra University DDE Extends Admission Form Submission Date till Jan 31

Kurukshetra: Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), Kurukshetra University, Haryana, has extended the last date for admission form submission, except for B Ed (2Year) Part-I/MBA/MCA Part-I, till January 31, 2012. However, the forms submitted till this date will be accepted with a late admission fee of Rs 2000 + late examination fee of Rs 1500. In addition, for undergraduate courses, an additional fee of Rs 500 would also be charged as late fee for IInd installment of fee.
 
Interested candidates may obtain the Prospectus Code No. DE-11 (containing admission form and other details) from the Manager (P & P), KU, Kurukshetra - 136 119 at the University Press counter, on payment of Rs 400 (Rs 100 for SC / BC / Blind candidates of Haryana only). One can also get the same through post by sending requisition accompanied by a Bank Draft of Rs 450 (Rs 150 for SC / BC / Blind candidates of Haryana only), drawn in favour of the Registrar, Kurukshetra University, payable at Kurukshetra.
 
However, candidates who want to get admission form through post must send two self addressed slips and Code Number of the prospectus with their request for prospectus. In addition, prospectus can be obtained on payment of Rs 425 (Rs 125 for SC / BC / Blind candidates of Haryana only) from the Head / Authorized Post Offices / Selected Branches of Axis Bank / ICICI Bank / Oriental Bank of Commerce in Haryana, Punjab, HP, UP, Uttaranchal, Rajasthan and Delhi. The bank/post office branch details are given on the University’s official website: http://www.kuk.ac.in/.
 
Application form and other admission details can also be downloaded from the University’s aforementioned official website. However, candidates using Admission Form after downloading shall be required to pay an additional fee of Rs 400 (Rs 100 for SC/BC/Blind candidates of Haryana only) along with other dues for admission as mentioned above.
