MIT School of Business Pune Convocation on Jan 7

Pune: One of the prime management institutions of India, MIT School of Business, Pune, Maharashtra, will be hosting its 27th convocation ceremony, scheduled to be held on January 7, 2012. The convocation ceremony will be organized at Swami Vivekanand Auditorium, MAEER’s MIT Campus, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune - 411 038, from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm. Students of the 27th batch of PGDM, who have successfully qualified in 2011, will be awarded degrees at the ceremony. Hence, they are invited to receive their degree in person.
 
As per sources, the convocation ceremony will be conducted in the august presence of Prof. Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad, Founder, Executive President & Managing Trustee, MAEER’s MIT, Pune. Mr. Kamal Nanavaty, President, Reliance Industries Ltd; Mr. Vishal Chordia, Director, Strategy and Marketing Pravin Masalewale; and Mr. Naimish Bora, Chairman & CFO Twilight Litaka Pharma Ltd will preside over the function as Guests of Honor.
 
MIT School of Business was established in 1987 under the aegis of MAEER (Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research), Pune. The institute is affiliated to Pune University and offers AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), New Delhi, approved PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma courses in management) in various specializations.
