XLRI to Come Up With a New Campus in NCR Region

Jamshedpur: Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI), Jharkhand, is likely to set up its new campus in the National Capital Region (NCR), by the end of year 2014. The news was confirmed by E. Abraham S.J., Director of the XLRI, in a recent press meet. XLRI is known to be one of the premier private business schools in India.
 
E. Abraham S.J. also informed that the construction work for the campus has already been started. Moreover, he stated that the total investment for the new campus would be about Rs 50 crore to Rs 60 crore. This to-be built campus will have 120 seats, he added. From the next year, the institute would also increase the number of seats in its Jamshedpur campus to 360 from the existing 240 seats.
 
XLRI is launching a global MBA programme, in partnership with Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western University Cleveland, USA, and School of Economics and Management of Tongji University Shanghai, China, Abraham S. J. said. The new full time two-year residential global MBA programme will commence from June, 2013.
 
Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), in Jamshedpur, is one of the prominent management institutes of India. XLRI Jamshedpur was founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, in Jamshedpur. Since its inception, Xavier Labor Relations Institute Jamshedpur has set new benchmarks in the field of management education.
