New Delhi: Good News for all AIEEE (All India Engineering Entrance Examination) aspirants, as it has decided to conduct online counselling for admission. This has come as a great relief for outstation students, who can now easily attend counseling from their hometown.
AIEEE 2009 is scheduled to be held on April 26, and the counseling to be conducted in mid June. Speaking about the decision, Dr. Y. V. Rao, Director of NIT, Warangal, said that the process has been framed for convenience of students. Under this process candidates need to go the allotted institute only three days before the commencement of the academic session, scheduled to be held from July 20.
He further mentioned the procedure, and said that students would be provided a log in and a password, at the time of the delivery of the AIEEE scorecard. With the help of given log in and password students would be able fill their desired field and select the institute from the list mentioned in the website.
