Interested candidates can get the application form and information brochure from the office of the Office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007, against a crossed M.I.C.R. Bank Draft / Banker's Cheque only drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of the ‘Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi in the following manner:
a) In person against a cash payment of Rs 700 for General / OBC Categories & and Rs 600 for SC/ST/PH Categories between 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on all working days from November 10, 2009 to December 5, 2009.
b) By post by sending a DD of Rs 750 for General / OBC Categories & Rs 650 for SC / ST / PH Categories along with a self aself addressed envelope of 10 x 8 up to November 28, 2009.
Note: SC / ST/PH Candidates are requested to bring / send a copy of the Caste Certificate / PH Certificate for obtaining Bulletin of Information.
