How to Apply
Interested candidate can obtain the application form and information brochure by post against a crossed M.I.C.R. Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque only drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of the ‘Registrar, University of Delhi’ payable at Delhi, enclosed with a self addressed envelope of 10 x 8 size addressed to the office of the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th floor, VP. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi 110 007 on or before May 6, 2009. One can also get the in person on a cash payment of Rs 2000 from the above mentioned address available from April 24, 2009 on all working days from 10.00 am and 3:00 pm till 18th May, 2009. Applicants are instructed to apply separately for each of the above mentioned courses and mention his/her name and address at the back of the Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque.
