Four New Engineering Colleges in Jaipur Get AICTE Approval

Jaipur: Board of Technical Education (BOTE) grants its approval to 13 new engineering colleges, which also includes four new colleges in Jaipur. With that the number of engineering colleges has now gone up to 35 in the state. Initially the colleges will commence with an intake of 240 seats. 
 
As per the sources, presently a total of 30027 seats are available for admissions, which include 26445 seats of private colleges. Shanti Education Societies Group of Institution, Maharishi Arvind College of Engineering and Research Centre, Jaipur Institute of Engineering and Technology and Shri Bhawani Niketan Institute of Technology and Management in Jaipur have been granted recognition. Moreover, private colleges one each in Abu Road, Sirohi, Dausa, Bharatpur, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Bikaner, Nagaur, Sikar and Ajmer have also been given recognition.
