Tripura: ICFAI University, Tripura, has launched a new PG Diploma Programme in Cyber Law, to be offered from the upcoming 2009 session. The programme is an all inclusive package of law and regulation, covering e-business. It has been introduced with the aim of offering legal approaches for solving disputes in cyber space, by discussing legal issues and related legislations.
Students with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (English Medium), with minimum of 45% marks, are considered to be eligible for the programme. Those students who study regularly and appear for examinations every quarter may complete the programme in 9-12 months. Students are required to pay a fee of Rs 9,900 for the same, by way of DD or Credit Card. Also, to be eligible for the examinations, students are required to enroll into the programme on or before the following dates.
For examination in January 2010, students should enroll themselves on or before July 31, 2009. For April 2010 examination, you need to enroll on October 31, 2009. For examination in July 2010, enrollment has to be done on or before January 30, 2010. Last, but not the least, for examination in October 2010, students need to enroll on or before April 30, 2010.
