IIM Bangalore Launches Costliest PG Programme

One Year Full time Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) has been launched by Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore for the ensuing session of 2009-10.  This is being touted as the costliest PG program.
 
EPGP programme fee, which mainly targets the mid-career professionals, is Rs 19.7 lakh for married individuals, and Rs 18.75 lakh for the ones who can stay without their family at the campus. EPGP batch of 2009-10, comprise of 73 students, and all the participants have varied spheres of work experience, regions and background.
 
The programme spotlights the emerging markets such as BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China countries) and Africa. It intends an intensive study and analysis of the context of each country, which will be achieved through experiential study tours in these countries. Moreover, the institute has future plans of developing more programs of such kind for international business schools and universities located across Europe, US, Asia and Australia.
