Pune: Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT- CET) has been announced on June 14. The exam was held on May 12. MHT-CET is conducted for admission into the bachelor degree courses in medical, engineering and pharmacy offered in colleges across the state of Maharashtra.
As per the records this year over 2.48 lakh students from across the state had appeared for CET on May 12. Out of them, 1.25 lakh students opted for both Maths and Biology subjects along with compulsory Physics and Chemistry. PCM group was opted by 95,000 students, while 28,000 preferred to appear for PCB exam.
Vasudeo Tayade, Director, Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), said that the result will be declared on June 14 (Sunday) and will be available on websites of both DMER (www.dmer.org) and DTE (www.dte.org.in) form 10 am onwards.
