Coimbatore: University Grants Commission (UGC) State Eligibility Test (SET) for lectureship in Tamil Nadu will be held on August 16, 2009.
The exam will be conducted at Coimbatore, Madurai and Chennai. Interested candidates can download the application form from the website www.b-u.ac.in. Students are requested to apply for SET before July 17.

G Thiruvasagam, Chairman of SET committee and Vice-Chancellor of Bharathiar University, said that from this year onwards, Philosophy, Law, Management Science, Library Science and Physical Education has been added to the existing list of 25 subjects for qualifying in the State Eligibility Test (SET).
