New Delhi: Educational Testing Service (ETS) has declared the launch of its TOEFL Scholar Programme in India. The programme is designed mainly to recognize outstanding students, who would begin their postgraduate studies in the U.K., U.S. or Canada in 2010.
As per sources, an official from ETS told that it would honour students with high academic achievement, who have demonstrated leadership skills, innovative ideas and an outstanding ability to communicate in English. Moreover, a total of 7 scholarships worth $50,000 will be awarded to 7 students. Students can download the scholarship applications from the website: http://www.ets.org/
