Hyderabad: In a press note, Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), Hyderabad,announces the postponement ofScreening Test 2010 for Group-I Services. The new date of Screening Test 2010 for Group-I Services is September 5, 2010.
Earlier, it was scheduled to be held on August 29, 2010. The Commission has re-scheduled the exam date based on the request made by the Syndicate Bank. For any further queries one can visit the APPSC official website: http://www.apspsc.gov.in/
The A.P. Public Service Commission was founded on 1st November, 1956 with the formation of the State of Andhra Pradesh. Earlier than this, there was Andhra Public Service Commission in the Andhra State and Hyderabad Public Service Commission in the Hyderabad State. Andhra Service Commission came into existence only in 1953, after the bifurcation of composite Madras State into Andhra and Madras States.
