CBSE 2010 results for 10th and 12th class are likely to be announced soon. The results are expected to be announced by the end of May. Last year also the results were announced on the last week of May. Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE (CBSE) results are declared every year in the end of May. These results are mostly declared in phases for each 10th and 12th class. These phases are according to 8 regions of Ajmer, Chennai, Allahabad, Delhi, Guwahati, Punchkula, Patna and Bhubaneshwar.
The CBSE board was set up in 1921, but it was reconstituted in the year 1962 as the ‘Central Board of School Education’. The chief purpose of the board was to form a centralized board to help parents who had a transferable job so that their children’s studies do not suffer. The CBSE board also affiliates institutions and it also aims to fine-tune the academic standard of India. The board regularly brings up to date the academic skills of the teachers by rendering service trainings and workshops etc.
