Interested candidates can download the application form and information brochure from the website: www.gju.ernet.in. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application form must be submitted along with a DD of Rs 300 for General Class Candidates and Rs 75 for SC/BC/PH Candidates of Haryana, drawn in favour of Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar and payable at Hisar.Application form and information brochure can also be obtained from the Sale Counter (Academic Branch) of the University by paying Rs 300 in cash for general category candidates and Rs 75 for SC/BC/PH Candidates of Haryana. The same can be obtained by post by sending a postal request along with a DD of Rs 350 for General Category and Rs 125 for SC/BC/PH Candidates of Haryana. All the duly filled application form must reach the office of the Director, Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar.
