Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), New Delhi, has invited applications for Openden-III, to be held in the ensuing session 2011. Openden-III exam will be conducted for admission into the following disciplines of Postgraduate (PG) Certificate programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2011. Candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery i.e. BDS and who have completed their internship are eligible to apply. The BDS degree must be recognized by Dental Council of India (DCI).

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the university's official website: http://www.ignou.ac.in/. The downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be submitted along with a DD/IPO of Rs 550 drawn in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi/City of concerned regional centre. Candidates can also obtain the hand book and application form from the Registrar (SRD), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 and from all the Regional Centers of IGNOU (address of regional centers available at: http://www.ignou.ac.in/upload/Announcement/Advt.doc) by sending Rs 550 in the form of DD/IPO drawn in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi/City of concerned regional centre.
