New Delhi: Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-D) has invited undergraduate student, who has completed at least 2 years of study towards an engineering degree and is amongst top ten positions in her/his respective programme, to apply for summer research fellowship programme. The innovative research and development project will be offered under the guidance of an IIT Delhi faculty. The fellow will register at IIT Delhi as a casual student; she/he will not be required to pay institute registration fees.
Candidates who want to pursue the programme can download the application form from IIT-Delhi website: http://www.iitd.ac.in/. Further, the applicant must contact IIT Delhi faculty in whose area she/he wishes to execute research and get faculty member’s concurrence in writing, on the form. Thereafter, the duly filled application form along with all the essential enclosures and a covering letter should reach the Deputy Registrar UGS, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110 016.
