Today i.e. Thursday, May 6, 2010, Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) declared the results of SSLC (State School Leaving Certificate) examination for the year 2010. The results were declared today, around 7 o’clock in the morning. The results have been announced as per the schedule decided by the Board. Candidates can check out the results from the website: http://karresults.nic.in/sslcfirst.htm. Candidates can also get their results by sending SMS to 56263, following the format given below:

Established in 1966, KSEEB has been conducting SSLC and other higher secondary level examinations, for the schools affiliated to it. This year, as many as eight lakh students appeared for SSLC examination conducted by the Board. Vishveshwara Hegde Kageri, Karnataka Minister for Secondary Education, said that above 68% of the total number of students appearing for the SSLC exam 2010 had passed the exams.
