Interested candidates can download the application form from the website: http://www.kuvempu.ac.in. Thereafter, the duly filled downloaded application form with a DD of Rs 250 for General Class (Rs 150 for SC / ST / Cat-1) in favor of The Finance Officer, Kuvempu University payable at SBM, Jnana Sahyadri or SBI,Shankaraghatta should be sent addressed to: Dept of Nanoscience and Technology, Kuvempu University, Jnana Sahyadri,Shankaraghatta – 577451. One can also get the application form and prospectus by post by sending a DD (as detailed above), along with a self addressed envelope (22cm x 30cm) duly affixing a postal stamp of Rs 40 addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Kuvempu University, Jnana Sahyadri, Shankaraghatta - 577451.The cover should be superscribed with “Application for admission to Nanoscience and Technology course”. Prospectus fee should be paid only in the form of DD (money order/ postal order/cheque etc., are not accepted).
