Shimla: Michael Driscoll, Vice Chancellor, Middlesex University of London, said that after the establishment of its overseas campuses in Dubai and Mauritius, the university is planning to set up a new campus in Delhi's satellite town of Noida. The announcement was made on Wednesday i.e. September 1, 2010, in Shimla.
Driscoll told that the Noida campus would offer Bachelor’s degree programmes in business management, law, social sciences, information technology and health. The curriculum and examination standards at Noida campus would remain the same as it is in other campuses of the university. The degrees would also be the same in all the campuses. Even the examinations will be held at the same time in all the campuses.
The university is waiting for the green signal from the central government to set up the campus. If the permission is soon granted, the campus will be set up by 2011.
