Chandigarh: Aryans Business School (ABS), located in Nepra village of Punjab, has become the first private management institute of the state to be approved by the US-based Education Testing Service (ETS) to use Graduate Record Examination (GRE) score, for admission to MBA.
ABS Chairman Anshu Kataria said that it is the hard work and competence of the ABS, which has prompted ETS to allow the institute to use GRE scores. Only 15 business schools/universities in India including few IIMs and the ISB (Indian School of Business) have the approval of using GRE scores.
He further said that every management institutes aims to get connected with world’s prominent MBA entrance exams like GMAT, CAT and GRE. It also helps institutes to admit talented and quality students and reputed national and international corporate for campus placement.
To its credit, Aryans Business School (ABS) has also been approved by the US-based Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), to use Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score.
GRE is one of the important MBA entrance tests in the world, as every year, more than 600,000 students from nearly 200 countries appear in the GRE general test. To the extent, GRE score is accepted by over 3,200 graduate and business schools in the world.
