Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test 2010, popularly known as RPET, is scheduled to be held on May 20, 2010 (Thursday) from 9.00 am to 12.00 am. RPET is admission test for engineering aspirants for most of the colleges in Rajasthan. The admission will be for the 2010-11 batch. These are graduate level courses and basic qualification is 10+2 for appearing in the admission test.
This year, there are around 50,000 seats for B.E. and B.Tech courses. Admission to these courses takes places based on merit obtained by the candidates in the RPET test. Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan, conducts the Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET). Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test 2010 (RPET 2010) is conducted for admission into all the government aided as well as private engineering colleges in Rajasthan except BITS Pilani, MNIT Jaipur and other Deemed & Private Universities.
