RTE Will Not Obstruct Madrasas

New Delhi: Human Resource Development (HRD) Minister Kapil Sibal has asserted that Right To Education (RTE) act will not create any sort of hindrances madrasas from functioning.

As per sources, Mr Sibal replying to questions during a media interaction at the end of a function at the B.R.
