UAE’s Education Minister Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan has inaugurated the 23rd conference of Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT).

UAE’s Minister Inaugurates Education Meet of HCT

Dubai: On Saturday i.e. on September 18, 2010, about 1500 faculty, staff, senior management and VIP guests attended the event at Dubai Men's College which was inaugurated by H.E. Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister for Higher Education and Scientific Research and Chancellor of the Higher Colleges of Technology. The opening ceremony of the conference was attended by the Economy Minister Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri, according to the senior officials and HCT's teaching staff.
 
Sheikh Nahyan conveyed the conference's significant speech. He said that at the beginning of each academic year, they assemble to celebrate the success and progress of their colleges and to look forward to the future. Further, he said that they take pride that their journey over the past 22 years has been guided by a clear vision, by a commitment to excellence, by strong leadership, by dedicated faculty and staff, and by the unwavering support of our communities and our national leaders. 
 
Furthermore, Nahyan said that he feels honored, as he embarks on their 23rd academic year, to express gratitude to their leaders for their strong support of the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT). The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) is a national system of colleges, closely connected to and serving the needs of their respective communities. They take pride in their graduates who add exceptional value to their families, their communities and to their places of employment.
