UCO Bank Recruitment for Probationary Officers Online Registration Starts From November 9, 2010

Kolkata: UCO Bank has invited online applications from Indian citizens for the post of Probationary Officer in JMGS I in Generalist Cadre. The online registration will start from November 9, 2010. Candidates can register online by visiting the Bank's official website: http://www.ucobank.com/. The online registration closes on November 30, 2010. The total number of vacancies is 1050.
 
Candidates applying for the above mentioned post must have a valid personal E-mail ID. Candidates, while applying online, are required to take the print out of fee payment challan. Thereafter, candidates are required to pay, in cash, the application fee of Rs 400 (Application Fee Rs 350 plus Rs 50 postage charges) in case of all others including OBC candidates and Rs 50 in case of SC/ ST/ PC candidates through fee payment challan in the nearest branch of UCO Bank in the designated CBS Account as given in the fee payment challan.
 
The dates for payment of application fee are November 9, 2010 to November 30, 2010. Candidates must obtain the candidate’s copy of Counterfoil of the Application Fee Payment Challan duly receipted by the Bank under Cash Received stamp and signature with Branch Name & Branch Code Number, Transaction ID, and Date of Deposit & amount duly written by the Branch Official. Candidate should preserve the original counterfoil of the fee payment challan as they will have to submit the same along with the call letter at the time of the written test.
 
After applying online, candidate must take a print out of the system generated online application form and retain it for future reference. For further details, candidates can visit the Bank's aforementioned website. Selection of the candidate will be made on the basis of a written test scheduled to be held on January 30, 2011 (tentative) followed by an interview. Venues for the written test along with centre code are: Ahmedabad (11), Bangalore (12), Bhopal (13), Bhubaneswar (14), Chandigarh (15), Chennai (16), Delhi (17), Guwahati (18), Hyderabad (19), Jaipur (20), Kolkata (21), Lucknow (22), Mumbai (23), Patna (24) and Shimla (25).
