All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, has invited applications for MBBS Entrance Exam, to be held in the ensuing session 2011. The entrance exam is scheduled to be held on the date mentioned below for admission into Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme, to be offered in the upcoming session 2011. How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website: http://www.aiimsexams.org/. Candidates applying online can pay the application fee through a challan form, which a candidate can download from the aforementioned website, in any branch of State Bank of India. Candidates must carry AIIMS copy of challan form while appearing for the entrance exam. Candidates can also obtain the prospectus and application form through post by sending a crossed Bank Draft for Rs 1050 for General/OBC and Rs 850 for SC/ST candidates drawn in favor of the Accounts Officer (Exams), AIIMS-MBBS-2011 payable at New Delhi. The request along with the Bank Draft should be sent to the Assistant Controller of Examinations, AIIMS, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi-110608 on or before March 10, 2011. Candidates must write Request for Application Form for MBBS Entrance Examination 2011 on top of the envelope containing the request and also on top of the request letter. Applicants can also obtain the application form and prospectus in person from the Reception Counter of Examination Section, AIIMS by paying Rs 1000 for General/OBC and Rs 800 for SC/ST candidates in the form of Bank Draft.
