Interested candidates can obtain the OMR application from the counter office of Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS) by paying Rs 1000. The same can also be obtained from selected branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce on cash payment of Rs 1000 (list of the branches available in the University’s official website). The banks will not provide the prospectus. Therefore, applicants can get the prospectus from the University by sending a postal request along with a DD of Rs 1050 drawn in favor on any scheduled bank in favor of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot, Payable at Faridkot.
